A little bit about WORC.Community
We are passionate about advancing medical science, reducing and replacing animals used in research, and supporting the innovative researchers and technologies that enable this. In such a rapidly advancing and transformative area of science, we believe communication and a strong network are essential for informed decisions and discoveries.
The first WORD+ event
The first World Organoid Research Day brought together international organoid, organ-on-a-chip and NAM researchers for twelve hours of talks and live questions, with more than 3,000 registrations.

What is WORC.Community?
WORC.Community is a focused research community and resource for people working with organoids, organ-on-a-chip, microphysiological systems, NAMs and advanced cell models. It brings together research information, tools, technologies, funding, training, protocols, jobs and community connections.
Do I need to register?
Some introductory information may be publicly visible. Joining or signing in gives members access to the latest information and the full WORC experience. Registration is available through the WORC joining page.
Where can I find WORC research tools?
Use the tool cards at the top of this page to open Technologies, Funding, Training, Protocols and Drug Discovery. Additional resources are available through the main WORC.Community navigation.
How can I submit content or suggest an update?
Use submission tools where available, or email contact@organoidspheroid.com. Please include the original source link and enough information for WORC to verify the suggestion. Submission does not guarantee publication.
How do I report incorrect or outdated information?
Email contact@organoidspheroid.com with the page URL, the information concerned and a reliable source for the correction. WORC resources support research navigation, so important information should also be verified with its original source.
How do I manage my account?
Sign in to manage the account options available through the platform. If you cannot access your account or need further assistance, contact WORC by email.

WORC is built around respectful scientific exchange. By participating, members help maintain a useful, welcoming and trustworthy professional community.

Engage constructively. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, personal attacks and abusive behaviour are not acceptable.
Keep discussions relevant
Share content relevant to the community and post it in the appropriate area. Avoid repetitive, misleading or disruptive contributions.
Support scientific integrity
Represent evidence accurately, distinguish opinion from fact and provide original sources where appropriate. Do not knowingly share false or deceptive information.
Respect confidentiality and privacy
Do not disclose confidential research, personal information, private correspondence or restricted material without permission.
Respect intellectual property
Only share material you are entitled to use. Credit creators and sources, and follow WORC’s Content, Copyright & Data Use Terms.
No spam or undisclosed promotion
Relevant commercial participation is welcome when transparent and useful. Unsolicited mass promotion, manipulation and deceptive links are not.
Use community information responsibly
Do not scrape, harvest or reconstruct member information or protected WORC datasets. Do not use the community to send unsolicited messages.
Help keep WORC safe
Report concerns to WORC. Content or accounts may be moderated or restricted where necessary to protect members, the platform or applicable rights.

Payments, privacy and security
Payment methods
Payments for WORD+ Events are securely processed by Stripe for Caterpillar Hill Limited. Stripe supports credit cards and payment options that may include Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal. Customers can manage supported payment details, invoices and subscriptions through the relevant service.
Caterpillar Hill Limited does not separately store customer financial-card data processed by Stripe and will assist where possible with payment queries or disputes.

WORC.Community prioritises member privacy and data protection. Caterpillar Hill Limited is registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office, and the platform uses HTTPS, access controls and security safeguards supplied through its service providers.
Private groups can provide restricted areas for invited members. Members should still avoid posting confidential information unless they are authorised to share it.
